Please note that we are based in Seminyak and operate in the surrounding areas including Legian, Kuta and Sanur.

Transfers to and from Tuban, Ubud, Canggu, Jimberan, Nusa Dua and Uluwatu can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Pool Sessions - We ask that you make your own way to our Seminyak store for all Pool sessions 

Booking
While looking to secure a booking, Payment would be required in advance, we would be unable to accept payment on the day, online payments can be made by Bank transfer through money transfer apps such as WISE or Revolut these are the lowest fee options for payment, Payment can be made to either our UK or Indonesian accounts - 

or via (PayPal in GBP please note there is an additional 5% charge). 

Card Payments (Visa and Mastercard only with a 3,5% fee) are possible at our Seminyak store - Our card machine is Chip and Pin / Chip and Sign as per card issuance and does require the card to be present and physically inserted into the card reading device.

International Credit Card payment is also possible by an I Paymu credit card link - that our office can send you
(Please note this is credit card only (Visa or Mastercards with a 3.5% fee) This service can only be used if the booking is 3 or more working days away) 

I Paymu local convenience store payment link can also be used - for those a distance away from our offices and cannot visit to pay in person this service also has a 3.5% fee 
(I believe you will have to withdraw cash to pay this way as many of these stores do not accept international cards)

Cancellations - Payment is required to secure a booking. We have simple and honest rules of business, issues have arisen from no-show and no-pay guests therefore we do ask for payment in advance and in return you have free cancellation with a full refund * excludes redeemed PADI training materials* up to seven days before your trip date.

All Cancellations are looked upon by a case by case basis - Vouchers may be issued for future dive credits in some cases in between the 7days and 72 hours preceding the trip date

If you are booking from Bali last minute we can be flexible but In return we ask for good communication, However last minute cancellations would not be refundable / future dive creditable (Within 36 hours of the booking) Rescheduling might be possible in some instances subject to availability and rescheduling fees. Our office team would advise you directly.

Please always read your emails and payment invoices. Please make sure you have your own holiday insurance to cover yourself of which we would be happy to support any claims you make due to cancellations.

In the event of a no show guests (our vehicles can only wait 15 mins at the point of pick up out of fairness to other paying guests) or cancellation on the morning of our trip - This would be considered a last minute cancellation would not be refundable / future dive creditable. Rescheduling might be possible in some instances subject to availability and rescheduling fees. Our office team would advise guests directly.

Cancellations on the trip or during our courses - If during the trip / course you realise you are unable to complete the dives / course for any reason, We do not provide cancelation with any refunds, Our team / Office Management will work with you if there are any alternatives we can provide 

Remember for safety reasons, please ensure that you allow at least a Minimum of 18 hours between your last dive and your flight. As per Current DAN Guidance
