What is a privacy policy?

A privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It fulfills a legal requirement to protect a visitor privacy.

Countries around the world have their own laws with different requirements per jurisdiction regarding the use of privacy policies. 

Type of information we collect and use.
We receive your presence on our website from your search for us online by any means for example google search, google adword's or maybe platforms like Trip Advisor or forum links. We only collect the information you place in the CONTACT Form in various locations on this website so we then have the means to contact you about your request to book with us.  When you enter our website a cookie is saved on your computer and at this point our google marketing has the ability to remind you about us until you choose not to see content from us anymore. We use Google Adwords to reach you and we use Google Anlitics to record data to improve where to find customers. The basic information entered on the website is not shared with anyone and is only used to contact you and record which part of the world guests are coming from for the means of Google Adword's to be improved.
 

How do you store visitors' personal information?

We store information only on our email account of which you have reached us on.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall of which we are not responsiable for.

Communicating with our visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your booking, to troubleshoot problems with your booking, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through  questionnaire to make sure we are doing a good job.
 

How can your site visitors' withdraw their consent?
If you don’t want us to process your data anymore, please contact us at info@adventure-scuba-diving.com or when you submit a form please let us know you prefer to be 100% private.
